Service Description
This one-hour meditation class is a unique experience in which meditation is guided by crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. The sounds and vibrations promote a more relaxed mind and nervous system. A Sound Bath Meditation is a unique experience and the ultimate in relaxation. Allow your mind and body to be immersed in the healing vibrations of each crystal quartz bowl as it resonates with the subtle energy body. Crystal bowls have a fine-tuned ability to work both the physical and energetic bodies, clearing away years of clutter and stress while making way for peace and stillness.
