• Class reservations close 1-hour prior to the start of class.

• Class purchases are nonrefundable.

• Class Packages have a strict expiration date and will only be extended under extreme circumstances.

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class so you can get set up.

• Classes with only one participant signed up may be canceled.

• NO outdoor shoes allowed in class. Please remove shoes when you enter the studio and place in shoe cubbies or trays.

• All clients must fill out and sign the liability waiver prior to their first class or training.

• Clients are responsible for any chargeback fees

CANCELLATIONS​

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the class start time. Cancellations made less than 1 hour prior to class will be considered a late cancellation and your class credit cannot be returned

• If you have an Unlimited Membership and you late cancel or no-show for class, you may be charged a late cancellation fee.

COVID-19 SAFETY STANDARDS & POLICIES

• Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be provided.

• Barres, equipment, and other high touch/shared surfaces will be disinfected with a hospital-grade disinfectant before and after each class.

• A Medify air purifier equipped with a H13 HEPA filter (shown to remove 99.9% of airborne COVID-19/ SARS-Cov-2 particles) will be used before, during, and after class

• Studio equipment will be provided. However, clients are welcome to bring their own mat and equipment.

• Clients & instructors showing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 as outlined by the CDC are asked to stay home and not attend class.​​

• If you attend a class and later test positive for COVID-19, we ask to please inform us immediately (confidentiality will be upheld).
