Meet Your Barre Tender
I'm Jillian, your favorite barre tender and owner of On Pointe Barre & Fitness Studio. I'm also a girl-mom, wife, and animal lover. It is incredibly important to me to give my students the best version of me and I am constantly expanding my knowledge of barre and other areas of fitness. I want barre to be accessible to everyone. When I founded the studio, I knew it had to be a place where you walk through our door and feel a sense of community. I want you to leave feeling supported and empowered by your barre tribe, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I can’t wait to meet you at the barre soon!

What is BARRE?
Barre is a low-impact, ballet-inspired workout that uses small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetitions. This helps you develop long, lean, and sculpted muscles while improving your balance, posture, and flexibility. A great workout for any age of fitness level!
