I'm Jillian, your barre tender and owner of On Pointe Barre & Fitness Studio. I'm also a girl-mom, wife, and animal lover. It is incredibly important to me to give my students the best version of me and I am constantly expanding my knowledge of barre and other areas of fitness. I want barre and movement to be accessible to everyone. When I founded the studio, I knew it had to be a place where you walk through our door and feel a sense of community. I want you to leave feeling supported and empowered by your barre tribe, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I can’t wait to meet you at the barre soon
Jillian is an IBBFA Master Level Barre Instructor, ACE-Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and Power Pilates Intermediate Mat instructor.
On Pointe Barre & Fitness Studio is an official Spinning® facility as well as an IBBFA-approved studio, the standard in barre excellence.
What is Barre?
Barre is a low-impact, ballet-inspired workout that uses small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetitions. This helps you develop long, lean, and sculpted muscles while improving your balance, posture, and flexibility. Barre is a great workout for any age of fitness level!

NO! You don't need any ballet or barre experience to be able to do this class. Beginners are always welcome and supported at On Pointe Barre.
