All of our classes are designed with options for every BODY from beginners to the seasoned fitness goers. WHAT IS BARRE? Barre is a low-impact, ballet-inspired, total body workout that uses small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetitions. Strengthen your core, improve your balance, posture, and flexibility, and lots more! Barre is a great workout for any age of fitness level! ​ NO! You don't need any ballet or barre experience to be able to do this class. Beginners are always welcome and supported at On Pointe Barre.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A CLASS? Pre-registration is required for all classes. Booking closes 1-hour prior to start time. 1.) Create a log-in to our site 2.) Choose a class(es) on the BOOK ONLINE or SCHEDULE page. 3.) At checkout, it will ask you if you'd like to pay for a single session or purchase a plan. To purchase our New Client Special or another package/membership, choose "purchase a plan" 4.) Complete your booking, and don't forget to click the link to our waiver *If you purchased a class package, log in to our site or mobile app next time you book a class and it will automatically deduct from your package or membership.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR / BRING TO CLASS? We have all the equipment you will need for class including a mat. You are always welcome to bring your own, of course! Make sure you bring a water bottle and wear comfortable fitness clothing like leggings and a breathable top. Some of our students like to wear grip socks to barre & Pilates. For our strength and spin classes, please bring a clean, dry pair of sneakers.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? -Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the class start time. "No Shows" or cancellations made less than 1 hour prior to class will be considered a late cancellation and your class credit cannot be returned -If you have an Unlimited Membership and you late cancel or no-show for class, you may be charged a late cancellation fee. -Class packages or purchases are not refundable. ​
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? We are located in the Williams Street Plaza on 740 Williams St. in Pittsfield. Our studio is right next to Williams St. Deli. There is plenty of parking available in the parking lot!
