Reformer Pilates is one of the best ways to build deep strength, improve posture, and feel more connected to your body — without high impact or “keeping up” pressure. At On Pointe Barre, we offer both Private (1:1) and Semi-Private (Duet, up to 2 people) Reformer sessions so you can choose the level of support (and accountability) that fits your life.
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or ready to level up your practice, you’ll get expert coaching, thoughtful progressions, and a welcoming environment where you can start exactly where you are.

Semi-Private Reformer (Duet — Up to 2 People)

Semi-private sessions are a great option if you want:

a more accessible price point than 1:1

a fun, supportive way to start if you’re nervous to come alone
Duets are still coached, still customized, and still beginner-friendly — just with two people sharing the hour.
Tip: Duets work best when both clients are at a similar level (or have similar goals). If you’re not sure, we’ll help you choose the best fit.

REFORMER FAQ
WHAT IS REFORMER PILATES? Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout using a specialized machine called a Reformer. It uses spring resistance and guided movements to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION? Private sessions are typically 55–60 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to warm up, focus on your goals, and cool down.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO START? Not at all! Our private intro sessions are designed specifically with beginners in mind. We’ll teach you everything you need to know at your own pace.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME? For beginners, 1–2 sessions per week is a great start. This allows time to learn the basics while building strength and confidence.
HOW DO I GET STARTED? Contact us to make sure we have a time slot available that works for you. We are currently offering sessions in packs of 5 only for purchase. You may also view of booking calendar from this page (see above) to purchase your session pack and book your first private today!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes you can move in (like leggings and a tank or T-shirt). Grippy socks are REQUIRED for safety and hygiene. We sell these in studio if you need some!
CAN PILATES HELP WITH POSTURE OR BACK PAIN ? Yes! Pilates is known for improving core strength and alignment, which can reduce back pain and support better posture. Let your instructor know about any specific concerns.
