Class Descriptions

BARRE (CLASSIC):

This ballet-inspired workout uses small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetitions, to help you develop long, lean, and sculpted muscles while improving your posture and flexibility.

BALLEROBICA:

This total body workout combines the fundamentals of classical ballet, barre, cardio and strength training.

SPINNING

Indoor cycling is an amazing and fun cardiovascular workout! Even better? You control the intensity of your ride. Journey through classes focusing on strengh, endurance, high intensity, and interval training. Did we mention the killer soundtrack? All fitness levels welcome! Be prepared to sweat!

*Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early for your first class so we can find your bike settings. Bring water and a towel.

SOUND BATH MEDITATION

This one-hour meditation class is a unique experience in which meditation is guided by crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments. The sounds and vibrations promote a more relaxed mind and nervous system. 

PEDAL & PULSE

Muscular endurance meets cardiorespiratory endurance. In this combo class, we do 30 minutes of Spinning followed by 30 minutes of barre for a challenging and fun workout. 

BARRE BOOTY

Activate, tone, and strengthen your glutes in this class that is all about the booty! 

HIIT THE BARRE:

This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class is a unique twist on a typical Barre class! We'll pair fat-scorching cardio with the lean-muscle toning barre movements you know and love to create the perfect combination in your fitness routine!

Stretch, tone, and strengthen your body while increasing your flexibility! This slow-paced, low-impact class combines toning and stretching moves at the barre and on the mat.

CARDIO BARRE

Our signature barre class with fun cardio bursts and aerobic movements.

BARRE & RESTORE

The perfect self-care Sunday! Tone, relax, and rejuvenate with 45 minutes of our signature barre class and 45 minutes of deep stretching.

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

In this total body workout, we work each major muscle group from head to toe using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.

All levels welcome!

This no-impact class is a fusion of your favorite barre, Pilates, and fitness movements all done on the mat using body weight and small props. Build better body awareness and improve your posture while feeling that barre burn you crave!

FLOOR BARRE & MAT
